A Promotion

So, I get an email promotion from Pottery Barn Kids. The graphic is of an adorable little girl hugging a Sherpa Bear monogrammed chair.

It happens to have my name on it, “Lucy”.

For kicks, I click on the advertisement and the next picture is a monogrammed chair with my husband’s name on it, “Wesley”. He goes by Wes.

Somehow I believe this goes beyond AI. I could be wrong.

With child-like wonder, I am embracing this moment and what it means to me.

Somehow, it seems reflective of the stage of life I am embarking upon. One that is filled with hope, new beginnings, and a rejuvenation of sorts.

I am thankful, grateful and blessed.

I am choosing to be kind and to take good care of that little girl inside. She is a child of God.

So are you.
