How I See It

“They all have different personalities and they are all eager to please.”

This is what the presenter said when referring to various AI tools.

Somehow referring to a machine as a human with human characteristics seems a bit odd to me.

Maybe it’s just me.

I understand that AI can be of great assistance helping us be more efficient by saving us a lot of work and time. I just hope people don’t replace it with the human connection we all desperately need.

As I ponder this more, I realize we have been referring to machines and other inanimate objects this way for a while. For instance, when someone looks at a car, or a boat or something else and says, “She’s a real beauty.”

Beauty, they say, is in the eye of the beholder.

Sometimes the most beautiful things in life are unseen.

Wow . . .

“Open my eyes.”
