‘Twas Enough

There comes a moment when I begin to question myself.

“Did I do enough?”

It’s a common question for me and it comes with a familiar feeling.

It shows up at pivotal points in my life and it typically comes the night before Christmas.

I’m learning to sit with the question and with the feeling. I breathe through it and then get to the root of it.

I remind myself that no matter the situation or the circumstance, I have an answer that I know to be true. That is,

I am enough.

And, so are you.

Knowing this can give us the strength and confidence to do His will.

Nothing more.

Nothing less.

Nothing else.

Wow . . .

“You are enough.”
