They keep showing up.

Everywhere.

Is it the time of year?

Or, something else?

Big, small, really big, yellow, blue, orange, in my neighborhood, at the park, on tea bags, in greeting cards and even more.

I keep seeing butterflies.

At first, while I enjoyed their beauty, I didn’t think much of it.

I know some people have their own thoughts, ideas and stories about butterflies.

Now, I am choosing to create my own story.

It’s one of joy and beauty,
love and creation,
freedom and flight,
faith and hope.

Things that I have always believed in – now with a deeper and heartfelt reassurance.

Butterflies remind me that from dark places, come beautiful new beginnings.

We, too, can be transformed.

We are invited to take a path of transformation and never forced to.

When we say “YES” and embark on this journey, we will be guided, encouraged and supported. It will not always be easy but it will always be good.

We will face resistance and temptation. We will be misunderstood and sometimes mistreated.

We will persevere, gaining the strength, confidence and blessed assurance we need to keep going – one step and one moment at a time.

A butterfly is beautiful. It’s light, graceful and able to soar.
