Earlier this month I pulled a book off my shelf. It was one I hadn’t opened in years.

In it, was a bookmark that my daughter made when she was young using the tagline I began life coaching with – “Create the life you love.”

I have been reflecting on it ever since.

• Do you have a life you love?

• What does that mean to you?

• What would it look like if you did?

For me, it’s about being in alignment with who I am, with who I am created to be and with what I truly value. Most importantly, it’s about keeping God at the center of it all.

God is love.

Without Him, there is no true and lasting love.

With all the tough stuff we deal with in this hard and broken world, I can’t imagine not having Him to lean on, to talk to and to seek guidance from.

Everyday there is something else happening in our world that is hard to understand. We often don’t even know what is real and what is not.

That’s why turning to my faith everyday is important to me. It’s the One, true thing I can always count on.

God is counting on us too.

We are the Body of Christ. When one part of the Body suffers we all do.

The opposite is true as well.

When we do good things, it impacts the whole.

Now, more than ever, the world needs us to shine our light and do good deeds.

Wow . . .
