Pressure
It was the night before I was to go away for the weekend. Driving home in the rain from an appointment, I realized my right rear tire was low in pressure, again.
I stopped to put air in it as I had done not long ago and now knew that this was something that needed to be handled, soon.
When I got home, my husband alerted me to the sound of water dripping somewhere in the house. It took a while to pinpoint where and we finally found the leak happening in our attic.
We put a tub in place to catch the water and knew that this was something that needed to be handled, soon.
The next morning, still needing to pack and thinking about the repairs that needed attention I felt pressure.
I started by calling the roofers and hoped that I would get an appointment early the next week.
I then went to fill my tank with gas and while I was there had them check my tire.
Twenty minutes later, they had removed the small nail and plugged my tire. I was thrilled.
As I drove away with confidence, I got a call back from the roofer saying he had someone on the way to my house.
As I pulled into my driveway, he was already there.
I explained the situation and he assured me it was an easy fix and he had everything on his truck to proceed.
As I finished packing, he repaired our roof, and I was exactly on time for my intended departure.
I was amazed at how quickly all of this happened.
Wow . . .
