Temperatures Rising

Years ago when my parents came to visit, no matter what time of year it was, they would pack their winter pajamas. At the time, our guest room was in the basement and our basement is always much cooler.

They would talk about how cold it was down there, while we thought it felt good.

Now, some 25 years later, my husband and I recently had a conversation about how cold it is the basement.

A chilling realization here.

For me, this was another example of how we change over time. More so, it was an opportunity to realize that other people’s opposing opinions may one day be ours.

Somehow this encourages me to be even more open to what others think and feel.

No need to get heated.

Wow . . .

“Stay cool.”

Here’s to more WOW Moments!
